Hitting the Chromebook target - and going beyond

When we teamed up with Castle Newnham School to support the Chromebook Quest, the aim was simple: help raise enough money to buy 30 Chromebooks for pupils who need them.

Thanks to the support of local businesses, families, and the wider community, that original target has now been reached. Better still, the fundraising hasn’t stopped there. So far we have raised £11,250!

Each Chromebook costs £280, and every extra donation means another device that can go straight into a child’s hands. These aren’t just pieces of tech - they’re tools that support learning, confidence, and opportunity both in school and at home.

For us, this has been about doing something practical for our local community. It’s been brilliant to see how many people have got behind the campaign, shared the message, and contributed in whatever way they can.

We’ve shown what’s possible when a clear goal meets strong community support. Now we’re asking: how much more can we do together?
